Why Intréis?

My favorite products are developed through integrating existing solutions and innovating to fill in the gaps, while simplifying the user experience. For example, the iPhone was not the first device of its kind and most features were not novel, however the combination hardware and software was an evolutionary leap for smartphones. Intréis has the right people and approach to bring this type of innovation to the Enterprise level. By integrating existing disciplines, such as ITSM and GRC, and providing innovative new products, Intréis can increase efficiency and simplify processes.

About me

I feel I am a true jack-of-all-trades, having worked in development, infrastructure, operations, and project management. For example, I helped to manage capacity globally at ServiceNow while implementing new policies and procedures to improve our response to infrastructure incidents. After moving into professional services, I supported customer success by architecting and implementing innovative solutions on the ServiceNow platform, pulling from my previous experiences for inspiration. Now that I am at Intréis, I strive to drive excellence by expanding our internal tools and methodologies while helping to develop products and support customer implementations of ServiceNow and GRC.
