Intréis was founded by a group of senior technology practitioners who saw a better and easier way to conduct Service Management & Compliance Automation. We believe that the time has come to dismantle and transform legacy process models originating back to the days of mainframe computers.

Having experienced the agony of unnecessary complexity, inefficiency, and wasted resources, we set out to do things differently. Since we began rethinking our work, our lives have been transformed in many ways. We spend less time doing busy-work and more on the things that truly matter.

Many practitioners get into the field because we have a strong desire to solve difficult problems and help others. Yet, we often see bad processes diluting people’s passion to serve. That’s why we embrace process improvement, making it possible for people to feel tremendous fulfilment at work, and have a lot more time for life.
