About me
Prior to joining Intreis, I was an Application Delivery and Support Manager for MetroPCS. I led systems implementation for the Enterprise Application Services team and specialized in IT initiatives across the Enterprise, as well as for specific departments including accounting, human resources, engineering, and business development. By maintaining close communication and driving collaboration among internal and external parties, I have consistently delivered successful projects ahead of time and under budget. I am passionate about IT Service Management, and my favorite process is Change Management. I love leveraging ServiceNow, the Platform as a Service product, to innovate the way companies do business.
