The Intréis Communication Platform uses industry standard SOAP/REST web service protocols and also has SIP capabilities, should the need arise to replace aging POTS lines. Backed by Twilio (a cloud-based telecommunications provider) and Amazon Web Services, we can provide custom in-bound / out-bound voice and message routing, call storage, reporting, and voice transcription. These communication services can be integrated with your ITSM/GRC processes, to supplement or even to become the support desk.
