    Certainly if you want to launch an initiative
    such as this it will go much better and save you money/time in the long run by
    leveraging the experience of someone who has done this previously. I especially
    like the engagement philosophy and the approach to minimizing customization.
    Not following this approach always leads to problems down the road.
